Under 16 Girls Off Ice Training

We have put an Off-Ice Training programme together for MK Storm U16’s with supporting videos from Hockey Training.com.

The video links shared through out our training programme are to show you and your child how to do the moves correctly. Accuracy is the key when learning a new skill/technique.

Please ensure that your child is careful whilst learning the movements and using their body in different ways.

Some children will be able to pick them up quickly and others will take time to develop them.

There is no rush or expectation that all children will be able to do all of this.
